Support our service staff during the main service times. You are the contact person for banquets and group reservations, conduct menu discussions and have a good knowledge of German and French. Knowledge of English is an advantage. You check the accounts of the catering staff and do the final accounts for the late shift. You will also be responsible for ordering, supporting staff planning and monitoring working hours.
