Cocktail party according to our aperitifs, according to expenditure. If you would like a specially selected menu, you can select this from our menu suggestions. In this way we charge the daily package and the individual overnight stay separately.

Menus
Daily menu / dinner menu Florida
For a luncheon with a daily menu you will get a soup or a salad as a starter and a main course. The dinner menu is a 3-course menu which is composed of the kitchen.
There is a meatless alternative for vegetarian guests.
Business menu
For a package with a business menu, you will have a choice of 3 different main courses for lunch and two different main courses for dinner each morning. The business menu at lunch includes a starter and a main course, for dinner there is a 3-course menu. Please let us know your selection by 9.30 am or until 3.30 pm at the reception.
*Captain’s Lunch or Fast&Fine at lunchtime for max. 25 people
To save time, we offer you the daily menu as Fast&Fine or the business menu as Captain's Lunch.
With the Fast&Fine/ Captain's Lunch, the entire menu is served at once and you can enjoy your meal without a long wait. Instead of a 2-course menu, you will receive a slightly smaller main course, with a small salad and a mini-meal.
