Responsibilities

Independent management of a service station with collection
Personal care of our guests in à la carte and banquet service
Working in both restaurants: the tropical plant restaurant and the Pink Flamingo pizzeria
Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards
Active participation in the annual New Year's Eve party - the restaurant will be closed on 24 and 25 December for this purpose

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a service employee EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the service sector is an advantage
Good spoken German and French
Well-groomed appearance, highly guest-orientated, able to work under pressure and in a team
Flexibility in terms of working hours - assignments take place according to a recurring 9-week rhythm, with and without room hours

Managing reservations in the AIDA reservation system

Daily accounts for the hotel/restaurant and fitness centre
Check-in/check-out
Looking after seminar guests and serving guests at the hotel bar
Processing restaurant reservations / creating menus
Working in the back office

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
Shift work is considered an advantage
Good verbal and written language skills in German, English and French
Ability to work under pressure and organisational skills, even in hectic situations
